What is Microblading?
Eyebrow Microblading (also known as eyebrow embroidery or 3D Brows) is semi-permanent eyebrow procedure that is carried out by a qualified technician using a specialist hand-tool which holds disposable microblades. The technician uses the microblade to deposit cosmetic pigments into the skin to create bespoke, crisp hair strokes that look like natural eyebrow hair.
How Does it Work?
Eyebrow Microblading is different from conventional semi-permanent tattooing because it is a manual procedure. By using a disposable, hand-held microblade, the color is deposited close to the surface of the skin leaving very fine and crisp hair strokes with no spilling under the skin. The pigments used in this method have been formulated to match your original eyebrow color, and if the eyebrows are still present, blend perfectly into them. The results are a natural, flawless, fuller looking brow. Initially, the brows appear darker, but fade significantly over a two-week period. It is absolutely crucial to have a touch up done, as it is very difficult to predict how well the skin will retain the pigment.
How Much Does IT COST?

Initial Application = $400 (includes 6-8 weeks follow-up)

Tell me more about the PROCESS
All semi-permanent cosmetic procedures require multi-session appointments. All payments are non-refundable.
Step 1 - Schedule a required pre-application consultation. The fee for this session is $42.
Step 2 - Schedule the initial application. This appointment will take approximately 2.5 hours.
Do not schedule an initial application if you have not scheduled a consultation. Be sure to follow the after care instructions.
Step 3 - Schedule a follow-up application 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment. In order to achieve the desired results, two or three follow-up applications may be required. The number of follow-up applications depends on a variety of factors including a client's skin type and adherence to the aftercare instructions. Keep in mind that it is not uncommon to lose up to 70% of the pigment after the initial application. This is normal.
How Long Does the Pigment Last?
The results can up to two years depending on skin type. After this period a color boost or refresh may be needed. Clients with oily skin will likely require multiple treatments to retain the pigment and hair strokes.
Does the Procedure Hurt?
While some clients experience some discomfort, others do not. Your level of discomfort will likely be dependent on your tolerance for pain. A topical anesthetic is applied prior to and during the procedure to ensure your comfort.
How Should I Prepare?
Please avoid the following 48-72 hours prior to treatment:
- Caffeinated and alcoholic beverages
- Aspirin or other blood-thinning medications
- Sunbathing/Tanning Booth
- Products that contain Retinol A
Note: This treatment cannot be performed on clients that are pregnant, diabetic, have skin sensitivity conditions, or suffer from a bloodborne pathogen. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to scheduling your appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?
After the initial treatment, be prepared for increased color intensity in your eyebrows. They will be noticeably darker than normal. Don't panic. The color intensity will fade during the next few weeks. It is normal to experience scabbing and itchiness for a few days following the treatment. Do not pick or scratch as this will result in lifting of the pigment and hair strokes. Adhere to the aftercare instructions carefully and be patient during the healing process.
